This qualification has been designed for those who have a specific responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities to provide basic life support for adults and children.

Over a half day period, learners will develop the essential basic life support skills and knowledge needed to deal with;

• Managing an unresponsive casualty
• Recovery position
• CPR and Automated External Defibrillation
• Choking

This course is also ideal for those who are qualified in providing first aid and are looking to refresh or develop their existing first aid knowledge and skills further.
